You have to destroy to create

Norway’s solution to the global climate change and challenge is to – hold on to your hats – give flank speed ahead and exploit all available oil and gas reserves, according to partly state-owned oil company Statoil CEO Eldar Sætre and Norway’s minister of petroleum and energy Terje Søviknes.

Probably based on the conviction that in order to create you first have to destroy.
